NVIDIA is preparing updates for its cloud service, GeForce NOW, which will include the removal of free access to certain games like Cyberpunk 2077. Additionally, several new titles will be added to the platform.<\/p>\n
Among the new additions are games like Crimson Desert and Fallout 3. Furthermore, users with Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest, and VR devices will soon enjoy gaming at 90 FPS, an upgrade from the previous 60 FPS, exclusively available to Ultimate-tier subscribers.<\/p>\n
Starting April 1, Cyberpunk 2077, Forza Motorsport, Icarus, and Ark: Survival Ascended will no longer be accessible to free-tier users. These games will be available only to those subscribed to the Premium tier or higher.<\/p>\n
Previously, it was reported that the beta version of NVIDIA GeForce NOW became available for Ubuntu 24.04 and SteamOS. Last year, NVIDIA launched the RTX 5080 service for GeForce NOW, supporting 23 popular games, although S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 is still not on the list.<\/p>\n
NVIDIA explains that the hardware set aside for free-tier users cannot meet the updated minimum system requirements for these games. All GeForce NOW subscribers need to own the game or have at least a Game Pass license. Additionally, there are restrictions on the number of usage hours per month.<\/p>\n
