Specifications of the Mornine M1 Robot
The subsidiary of Chery, AiMoga, has initiated online sales of its humanoid robot, the Mornine M1. This robot is designed to perform useful tasks in sales environments or at reception desks.
The Mornine M1 is a full-sized robot weighing 70 kg with a height of 167 cm. It features 40 degrees of freedom (excluding its hands), enabling it to perform complex movements. The robot can travel at a maximum speed of 1 m/s, and its manipulators can lift weights up to 1.5 kg.
The robot is capable of operating both hands simultaneously, can independently open car doors, and can be controlled remotely via VR. It is primarily intended for use in sales, reception, and staff training scenarios.
The integrated battery has a capacity of 0.7 kWh and takes about two hours to charge, providing up to two hours of autonomous operation.
Chery has priced the Mornine M1 at 285,800 yuan (approximately $41,400). The model is now available in the official JD.com store, with the first deliveries expected after May 23, 2026. Simultaneously, the company sells the Argos X1 robotic dog for 15,800 yuan ($2,300), with shipments starting after May 8.
Chery is not limiting its sales to online platforms. AiMoga is concurrently building a network of offline outlets. The company has already signed agreements with dealers and is planning to expand its sales channels in various formats:
